Come & support our next phase of Pollinator Garden installation at the Extension Office. In this session we will work to plow under the compost layer we created in January. Monroe Parks & Rec will provide tractor & do much of the heavy plowing. Volunteers will help create sharp/crisp edges.

About the event
In this second work session we will till under the 3" inch compost layer we created over the bed in January. Parks & Rec will use tractor to plow under majority of the bed. However we will need a small team to cultivate around the edges of the bed to provide the precission necessary to create crisp/share edges. If you have a small tiller and are able to join us please let Janet or Linda know. Also we may need to complete some minor hand edging so bring your spades or half moon tools. Next week we will have 2 additional work session to install plant materials, edging stones, mulch and garden accessories.
